COOK THE WORLD

I'm Jen: English born, living in Cardiff, civil engineer and food enthusiast. The latter has come as a surprise to my parents as I was the fussiest eater as a child: spaghetti hoops and Dairylea sandwiches only (minus crusts, obvs.) so I don't know where this passion for all things edible has come from!

When I'm not working or eating, I can be found at the gym (attempting to do CrossFit), running, hiking, planning my next trip or out and about with friends with a glass of wine in my hand (and a bottle on the table!).

The dish from every country blog certainly isn't original; there are a few others out there but I'm having a great time doing this and hopefully you enjoy reading it!
